:: How to Get A Chapter

Chapters are encouraged and are easy to obtain. Each school can purchase a chapter for $750. Cost of the program can be underwritten by selling an ad on the back of the passport to a local business. That business will be on the passport and also have an advertisement on the chapter web page.

New chapters receive the following:

• A DVD with all forms needed to run the program
• Incentive Stickers
• A page on the national web site
• The ability to access all programs to tailor it for your school
• Completion pins for graduates
• Certificates of completion

Have the opportunity to purchase:

• Tee shirts
• Polo shirts
• Credential lanyards
• Additional program completion pins
• Additional program completion certificates

Each year there is a $500 renewal fee. Included is:

• Update on chapter web site
• New curriculum updates
• Incentive stickers
• Completion pins (up to 200)
• Certificates of completion (up to 200)

You must fill out the Chapter Form and mail a check for $750 to Student Leadership Program 5660 Caito Drive #121 Indianapolis, In 46226. Forms can be faxed to (317) 545-6284. We accept Visa, MC, and Discover.
